Over the past 16 years, we have developed what can be described as the best method of foundation underpinning. Our system, designed by Robert Warren, PE., allows us to drive 2-1/2" Double Wall Steel to bedrock directly under the foundation, which aviods putting unnecessary stress on the concrete. We also offer a side lift system, eccentrically loaded by design, with which we penetrate the weathered rock/mud seam stratification until bedrock is located. Both systems, founded by stone, will arrest the movement of your foundation.
